B3L’s Bridgewater Gardens, Salisbury Road, Hoddesdon shortlisted for Inside Housing award

B3L’s Bridgewater Gardens has been shortlisted in the Inside Housing Top 60 development awards as one of the Best Designed Developments of the Year.

The £7m scheme of 52 flats that was managed by RLF’s Employer's Agents and Cost Managers has already won RICS regional awards.

The project is now one of six in its category going forward to the Inside Housing Awards Ceremony in October.
