Learning and career development is important to us and we encourage everyone at Robinson Low Francis to develop personally and professionally. We have a number of training and development schemes in place to encourage this – everyone is included from the trainees, to the partners, to the support team members. Each employee undergoes an annual Development Appraisal to identify individual training and development needs. The training co-ordinator within each office produces an annual Regional Training Plan detailing professional, vocational and personal development needs to be addressed during the year.
