RLF Project – Bedford House wins ‘Best Residential Development London 2018’

Bedford House has been awarded 'Best Residential Development London 2018' at the recent International Property Awards.

The works involved the demolition of an existing office building and construction of 52 No apartments, of both private and affordable tenure, together with provision of a new electricity sub-station, alterations to vehicular and pedestrian access from Balham High Road.

RLF project wins award

RLF project Eastleigh College won ‘Innovation in Delivering Value’ and ‘Highly Commended’ at the recent Education Estates Awards Ceremony hosted in Manchester.

RLF provided Cost Manager services on this project, which comprises of two new build blocks and external refurbishment of block C. The new builds housed the Health and Beauty/Arts and Design, and the new ICT STEM buildings.

No 1 New Oxford Street wins ‘RIBA London Award’

RLF is delighted to announce it's project 'No 1 New Oxford Street' won a RIBA London Award. RLF provided Principal Designer services for this Art Deco London landmark. The judges said ‘the architects, in deference to the original spirit of the building, have gone far beyond what would normally be expected in a commercial redevelopment’.

Sean Clemons represented RLF Brighton at 'The Planning Awards' hosted at the Savoy on 6th May for Preston Barracks & the University of Brighton Lewes Road masterplan.

U&I and the University of Brighton were nominated for three awards for Preston Barracks for:-

Regeneration
Planning Permission of the Year
Partnership working

U&I received “Highly Commended” for the Regeneration Award.

RLF project wins RIBA West Midlands Award

The University of Birmingham Indoor Sports & Fitness Centre wins RIBA West Midland Award 2018 for 'Client of the Year'.  

RLF provided Cost management services for this project. The facilities include a 50 metre swimming pool, an arena sports hall with seating for up to 900 spectators, six squash courts, six activity rooms for a wide range of sport and fitness classes and a 225 station gym.
