Project Completion: Refurbishment of the Old Gymnasium at University of Birmingham

The refurbishment of the old gymnasium, University of Birmingham has now been completed. The University originally planned to demolish the gym, however, it is now be retained and refurbished, with the addition of a two-storey extension. It has offices on the first and second floors and a portion of it has remained in use as a gym at ground level.

Project update: Watford scheme commencement

RLF Stevenage has been appointed as Employer's Agent and Health & Safety Consultant on Watford Communities Housing (WCH) project at Puckeridge. The initial site works are underway for the 10 high specification houses that represent the first scheme for WCH’s outright sales arm ‘Clarendon Living’.

RLF project wins RIBA West Midlands Award

The University of Birmingham Indoor Sports & Fitness Centre wins RIBA West Midland Award 2018 for 'Client of the Year'.  

RLF provided Cost management services for this project. The facilities include a 50 metre swimming pool, an arena sports hall with seating for up to 900 spectators, six squash courts, six activity rooms for a wide range of sport and fitness classes and a 225 station gym.
