Robinson Low Francis appointed to oversee innovative budget hotel project

Innovative budget hotels business Sleeperz commissioned RLF for the project and preparatory work for the building of a 98-bedroom, six-storey hotel, with full construction starting this October and a projected opening date of October 2011.

This is an exciting project win for RLF as it continues its growing involvement and proven track record in the hotel and leisure construction sector.

With the UK’s holiday trend of ‘staycations’ on the rise, and the latest Government proposals to encourage foreign visitors to boost the economy, the budget hotel market continues to grow. The Sleeperz proposition of compact lifestyle hotels in prime city centre locations offering great value for money sits perfectly in line with these proposals as the accommodation is aimed at both the business and leisure traveller.

The RLF team has an extensive knowledge of the hotel sector and will bring a wealth of experience of working on tight, city centre sites; their proven practical advice will be of great benefit to the development.
