Kevin joined Hart Gilmore Associates in 1989 as a graduate and has risen through the ranks to become a Partner of the merged firm RLF in 2004.

He specialises in the development and delivery of framework agreements to blue chip clients and providing specialist mechanical and electrical engineering services cost advice.
