RLF Boosts PM Service with Acquisition of Trett Manly

Robinson Low Francis (RLF), a leading property and construction consultancy has acquired Trett Manly’s project management team.
The team of seven joining RLF includes Ralph Dando, currently managing director at Trett Manly, who will become a partner and will focus on driving the Division forward on both the UK and International fronts. Mel Parkes, RLF’s recently appointed head of project management, will oversee the enlarged team of more than 30 people and will focus on service delivery.
RLF has over 100 years’ experience in the property and construction industry and handles major client projects across the public and private sectors. Traditionally a specialist in quantity surveying and commercial management, RLF’s project management capabilities including development management, development appraisal, risk management and programme management have grown significantly in recent years.
