Launch of RLF Guernsey Ltd

We are delighted to announce the launch of RLF Guernsey Ltd as part of our international expansion programme.

The special Guernsey-based company was formally Incorporated on 24 July 2009 and is “open for business”.

Our unique offering is embodied in the three directors:

Jason Powers has been Guernsey-based for the past nine years, working for a major local contractor before forming Montage Ltd, his project management consultancy, in 2007.

Alex Wakefield has worked on Guernsey for over 10 years through his company, Northgates, including giving compliance advice and undertaking major post-implementation reviews for the States of Guernsey.

Peter Scragg represents RLF as managing partner, providing all necessary PM, QS and Building Surveying support, resource and experience from our Brighton office initially.

This team has already worked together on projects on Guernsey and in the UK and so setting up on Guernsey was a natural progression for us all.

Our aim is to provide a locally-based and resourced service thoroughly and properly supported by our national and international network. It is a model that we are already successfully rolling out in Malta and Libya, whilst appreciative of the particular needs of an island community such as Guernsey.

We are very excited about the potential of this new venture and look forward to updating you on our progress in the coming months.
