Dispute Resolution

RLF Resolve is a new business within the Robinson Low Francis Group providing expertise for the prevention, management and resolution of disputes, including the provision of expert witness services.

We work across many industry sectors including building, civil and marine engineering, mechanical and electrical services, oil and gas facilities (on-shore or off-shore), energy, petrochem and process plants, shipbuilding, and utilities.

Our clients are broadly drawn and include employers, owners and developers, contractors, manufacturers, government departments and local authorities, insurance companies and loss adjustors, and financial institutions.

Our approach is to keep things simple and to solve your disputes – relating to money, time and management issues (or a combination) - in a logical and professional manner. We work with the client and, on occasions, with other professional advisors, to formulate the best approach to prevent or resolve the problem. We use construction and professional expertise, acting as a bridge across the legal and technical gap in order to enhance the client’s position.
