As part of our Building Futures ethos we seek out talented people with a spirit of professionalism, energy and experience, and help them to build their own futures through inspirational leadership and the breathing space to develop.
Great importance is placed on broadening individuals’ experience with a range of learning and development opportunities being made available to all staff across the business.
RLF is focused on continuous learning and development at all stages of career progression and conduct regular professional development planning sessions with individuals to identify their skill gaps or development needs. The training methods, media and solutions suggested are broad and include our new online training suite called ‘Academy 10’ which is available to all employees of RLF – here staff can access over 400 hours of bite size training modules and briefings.
This flexible e-learning approach is supplemented by regular seminars delivered by industry experts on a variety of technical and legal matters (e.g. BIM, Sustainability, Contract Law etc) relevant to the construction industry.
Graduates and other staff members working towards their professional qualifications (e.g. RICS APC) follow a dedicated structured training programme, approved by the RICS, which aims to assist in talent development, improving graduates’ skills sets and meeting individual career aspirations.
Trainees follow a five year programme combining part time study for a vocational degree and on-the-job training to ensure that you develop the skills and experience required to pursue a fulfilling career in the construction industry.
