Project Win: NHS Property Services Development Management Framework

Robinson Low Francis have been appointed to all five ’lots’ of the NHS Property Services Development Management Framework.

This £25million (fee) framework is for the provision of development management services across five regions (lots) across England and is for 3-years, with an option to extend by a 1-year period.

The NHS Property Services estate covers 3,000 sites across England.

ACS International School, Egham

Following the successful delivery of a 10-year masterplanning exercise at ACS Egham, RLF has now embarked on the first project within the masterplan.

Project Win: Greenfields, Braintree

RLF Stevenage has received its first appointment as Employer's Agent, as part of the consultancy framework for Greenfields Community Housing Group.

The 34 unit scheme of mixed tenure housing replaces existing housing stock (including temporary housing) to regenerate an existing neighbourhood in the centre of Braintree.

Project Win: Novium Museum and Tourist Information Centre, Chichester

RLF Brighton has won a multi-disciplinary Feasibility Study on the Museum and Tourist Information Centre with Chichester District Council.

The 11,840 ft² museum is constructed on an existing city centre car park site, which was an original Roman Bath House discovered and excavated in early 1970.

Project Win: Retallack Holiday Park, Newquay, Cornwall

RLF Brighton has been appointed Cost Manager for the development of the Retallack Holiday Park, Cornwall.

The project comprises of the addition of 334 holiday homes within an existing holiday resort.

Phase One has already commenced on this previously owned race track and theme park, this has included the removal of 3,224 tyres.
