Our clients across the UK have been asking us about the delay impact on their projects during the Covid-19 pandemic. The graph below shows our most recent snapshot across retail, residential, commercial office and education sectors.

We have collected data from 44 live RLF projects across our five offices in the UK where delay has been formally recorded.

Recorded delays currently range between 4.3% and 75% against contract programme, with the average delay being 25%.
