What do you enjoy most about working at RLF?

The continual opportunity for ongoing training and personal development. The Partners keep us abreast of all the latest sector changes and share their industry knowledge.

Biggest achievement at RLF?

Completing my NEBOSH Health and Safety in Construction Certificate and becoming fully qualified within 6 months of joining RLF.

Tell us about your favourite RLF project that you are currently working on or have worked on?

My favourite project I have worked on so far is probably Wotton Under Edge Developments. It was a small residential development of seven traditional building dwellings in Gloucestershire. Residential design and construction has always been an interest of mine and this was one of the first projects I looked after from start through to completion. There is something really satisfying about seeing a complete finished product.

Favourite building or piece of architecture?

I have many but I think the Cardboard Cathedral in Christchurch New Zealand is one of the most interesting! Yes, the structure is made from cardboard tubes (with a bit of timber and glass thrown in)!
