Project Win: Charterhouse Place

The RLF Health and Safety team has been appointed Principal Designer by THRE on the re-development of Charterhouse Place.

The project comprises of 165,000 ft² office space, 30,000 ft² retail space and all floors excess 20,000 ft² of BREEAM excellence.

Project Win: Brighton Hippodrome

RLF Brighton has been appointed as Cost Manager on the refurbishment of the Brighton Hippodrome.

The project comprises of the strengthening and refurbishment of the interior. Once completed, the Hippodrome will be open to the public and available for wedding, concerts and conferences. Part will be a mix of residential, hotel and public realm.

Project Completion: Refurbishment of the Old Gymnasium at University of Birmingham

The refurbishment of the old gymnasium, University of Birmingham has now been completed. The University originally planned to demolish the gym, however, it is now be retained and refurbished, with the addition of a two-storey extension. It has offices on the first and second floors and a portion of it has remained in use as a gym at ground level.
