Current Project: 90 Unit Social Housing Development, Gretna, Dumfries & Galloway

A new build, 90-unit social housing development, comprising a range of eight house types, spread over a 37,000 ft² area, broke ground last spring and is now well into the construction phase.

The existing greyhound race track, which previously occupied the site, is now making way for the new social housing development within the town.

Project Completion: Smithfield Housing Development, Aberdeen

The development of 99 flats and houses on the site of the former Smithfield Primary School has been completed.

These works constituted Aberdeen’s largest council house development in over a decade.

Project Win: South Ayrshire Council – Office Rationalisation
