De Wint Court, Lincoln in the news
Kristen Chadband, Project Manager, RLF Birmingham (pictured back row – fourth from the right) has taken part in the ground breaking ceremony for the new De Wint Court project for the City of Lincoln Council.
RLF is providing Cost Consultancy, Employer’s Agent and Project Management Services for this new 70 bed extra Care facility.
Planning permission has been granted for the demolition of De Wint Court on Bowden Drive.
This project is a three and two storey facility which includes 50 one bed apartments and 20 two bed apartments. In addition to this, amenities include a public hair salon and restaurant, a lounge and a 35 space car park. This scheme will have on-site 24 hour care staff, non-resident management staff and Careline alarm service.
The site previously accommodated a vacant, two storey building, which was once home to 37 sheltered bedsits and flats, laundrette, common rooms and a hair salon.
The project started on site in October 2019 with completion planned for 2021.
