RLF’s project managers are highly qualified and richly experienced and have all worked in construction, engineering, design or surveying before pursuing their project management career. As a multi-disciplinary provider, we are able to offer the benefits of independent project management when that is required, or a broader choice of services where the efficiency and simplicity this brings are more important. Either way, RLF’s employee ownership structure means our decisions are made for the benefits of our clients and staff, not external shareholders.

We develop long-term relationships with our clients, spending concentrated time at the outset of every project to establish a deep understanding of what needs to be achieved. We actively engage with stakeholders to map out the journey, highlighting opportunities and potential pitfalls along the way, and then craft an appropriate delivery strategy and a tailored suite of systems and processes.
