Robinson Low Francis is dedicated to keeping your personal data safe and secure. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how it is used. We also explain what rights you have in relation to the data and everything else we think is important.

Data Controller

It is important that you understand who is responsible for keeping your data safe. RLF is the “controller” of all personal data collected and used, and we are responsible for deciding how and why your data is used and for ensuring that your data is handled legally and safely.


Information we collect from you

We collect some data directly from you when opt-in to receive RLF email marketing communications. This data includes your full name, company name and email address.

When applying for career job opportunities at RLF, we collect your CV and application details, which includes your name, address, email address, contact telephone numbers, current and previous employers, and details of your work responsibilities, skills and experiences, education and qualifications along with referees.

In addition to this, we collect information about cookies which includes your viewing history, IP addresses, device identifiers and information about how long you have stayed on certain pages or what pages you have clicked on (Behavioural Data).

What do we use your data for?

It is important that you understand how and why we use the personal data that we collect from you.

We will use your email address to send you email marketing (including our quarterly newsletter, new articles and invitations to our events).

All career application data is used to match you to suitable graduate, trainee, internship or jobs across the RLF business only.

 
Storage of your data

All data and information that you provide to us, or we collect about you is confidential and can only be accessed by authorised RLF personnel and is solely used for RLF business and marketing purposes.


Data sharing

No personal data or information will be shared with any third-party companies.


How long do we keep your data for? 

When you opt-in to receive email marketing communications your data will be kept until you notify us.

When applying for career job opportunities at RLF, your CV and application details will be stored for 21 days to give us the necessary time to consider your application.  If we need to keep your details longer we will notify you accordingly.


How is data deleted?

All emails received to opt-out of our email communications will be placed in the company recycle bin and will be permanently deleted after 14 days.

Your data will also be removed from our email marketing software, which will be placed in the account’s recycle bin for 30 days (unless manually removed from the recycle bin or in relation to a suppressed contact, which is immediate), after which time they’re deleted permanently.


How to unsubscribe

You can opt-out of receiving RLF marketing emails at any time by either following the instructions to unsubscribe in any of our email marketing communications.  All opt-out requests will be removed with immediate effect.
